House Rules

First of all, welcome to Want2Stay!!! Please take care of the holiday accommodation premises like you would take care of yours, even better. Thank you for your cooperation. We trust you will enjoy your stay.

• NB Covid Related Issues: Service providers will do their utmost to sanitize accommodation. Guests with ill health are not allowed to check-in. Bring your own masks and sanitizers. Keep your distance. Try your utmost to book units that had no bookings over the past 14 days [Covid viruses do not last that long]. Rather bring your own bedding. Ventilate your accommodation as much as possible. Do not invite friends to come and visit you. Stay Safe
• Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the building except when provided for otherwise!
• When leaving the house at any time unoccupied please lock the doors and set the alarm. This also applies for your departure.
• Arrival time is after 14H00. Please report at our offices. Do not go directly to the premises. Arrivals after 18H00 will incur a late arrival fee as directed by your Host.
• Departure is before 10H00. Please report at our offices. Late departures will be penalized financially.  
• Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or dirty clothing or with food or drinks.
• Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house / unit.
• Do not leave the windows open when you leave the premises as this will eventually ruin the furniture.
• Use coasters when placing drinks on tables.
• Do not eat except at the dining table[s]. Please report stains immediately.
• No fish may be cleaned on the premises. 
• If you break anything please inform us and settle the cost of replacement with us. Check to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when you arrive. Recheck when you leave and report any discrepancies.
• No person shall place any refuse within or outside the premises except in the containers and/or the refuse areas provided.
• Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
• Occupancy at anytime, for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation.
• Not pets or living creatures other that human beings are allowed on the premises and any such must immediately be removed and reported to us. Except if provided for otherwise and with consent of the Host.
• Vehicles must be parked on the reserved areas and not on the grass. No oil leaking vehicles may be parked on the premises and or on brick paving. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed on the premises. Prior written approval is required for anything else.
• Washing of vehicles and or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
• Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours.
• Do not move furniture around in the premises and do not take them outside.
• Make fires only in places provided and please assist in conserving nature.
• Upon departure please make sure that the premises is generally tidy and all dishes are done, packed away, as same is not included in the responsibilities of the cleaning company.
• Check the terms and conditions of your reservation and comply with same.

The following services are available at a fee, upon request: Continental Breakfast Basket, Bedding, Laundry, House Cleaning, Ironing, Gardening etc.
